I guess you've quickly forgotten the "Official NIT sponsor" signs. And obviously you haven't read their message board with all 10 of their fans hoping for a WSU NIT bid.

FACT: Creighton is banging up the post season for the first time in two years in the NIT.

But they are excited they got an ESPN game out of it though, rofl.

Although for the record I agree about the Creighton smack talk. I know it's all in good fun, I just don't want to take the chance of increasing our bad Karma ranking on KenPom.

I'm probably going to catch all kinds of hell for this -- and don't get me wrong because I love the Shockers and love what Fred and Ron have done for this program and would not trade them for any other players -- but hasn't the argument that we would have a much higher seed (in your case you are suggesting a 3 seed) without those three nonconference games we lost during Fred's injury kinda lost its punch when you factor in the fact that our three WORST losses came with him in the lineup. Just saying -------
