    • Me the past several weeks whenever people talk about the AAC:

      • Interesting stat.

"WSU has never ended a season with a KenPom rating below ANY current AAC member since the conference was founded in 2012-2013 season"

The AAC will stay with 18 conference games; 4 1-plays 7 home/homes with the addition of Wichita State.

Ah... another plus! We get to play our conference tourney on the big boy weekend, instead of a week earlier.

                  • Welcome Shockers!!! :yahoo:Super excited for you guys to come down to Moody next year (conference better not screw us only letting WSU-SMU play once) with the new format for 18 games is play 7 teams twice and 4 teams once.

Same. Until today I felt like Creighton and WSU both won a lottery. CU to the Big East, WSU with Gregg. Today we just hit another, not quite Big East size, but not too far behind. Our 2nd lottery win!

Thanks! I would imagine with us being easy travel as well as top drawer opponents (hello TV), they will have us play twice most if not all years. At least I hope that is the case!

SMU - WSU should be one of the best TV matchups in the AAC. Can't imagine we won't play home and home next year.

Thanks. I live in Houston and I'm looking forward to playing you guys at the Toyota Center the next couple of years (while Hoffheinz/now Fertita) Center is being renovated.

Also hoping my daughter (a U of H alum) will still speak to me when we hopefully win this fall/winter.
