      • If the AAC wants easy $$$ (and if they don't, I sure a hell will take it), they will add WSU this season.

Sorry, last one. I promise. (I'm probably lying though)

          • Hey does anybody know how the AAC splits up the NCAA tourney payouts? Is it like the valley (equal)or the big east (heavy on the team who earned it)?

            • I think moving to the AAC will help strengthen the conference and hopefully move it to a top 5 league for sure. But alot of people still consider it to be a mid-major league, so until it's considered a "Power Conference" I feel we have work to do to. But def a major step up from the valley into a little more light =)

              • Did anyone really doubt that it'd happen this year? :)

There is no way you can lose Creighton and Wichita State in your tenure and keep your job. Oh wait, it is the valley we are taking about. Never mind.
They will probably give him a big raise. :sentimental:

And Elgin can bring in another large media market team like Chicago State........ :/
Marge: The plant called and said that if you don't come in tomorrow, don't bother coming in Monday.
                    Homer: WOOHOO! Four day weekend.

                    • Haven't you heard? Attendance in STL is going to be fine because other fans will make a weekend trip of it because they actually have a chance at winning now.

I just want to stand on land...

If I had a gun with two bullets and was in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and a Creighton fan, I think I'd shoot the Creighton fan twice.

The AAC won't be considered a "Power Conference" unless football gets them there. For basketball, it'll go from P5+1 to P5+2.

                            • Northern Iowa and a Illinois state team led my Muller will keep the valley relevant... The peak is sweet sixteen with numerous first round exits... I actually loved the valley up until the last few years when you know we were getting the hose job in arch madness by Elgin... Almost as If they wanted to keep us down in hopes of keeping us in the valley.... Like Elgin didn't want us to get too big... Big as enough wanting to move out the valley...

As relevant as the MAC or CUSA or the Summit.
