CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, and Fox all had it on their web pages around 13 hours ago. This is all according to a Google search.

I just went to the front pages and checked. Most of these sites didn't have the story on the front page at the time and why it wasn't in the top five stories on each page surprises me.

The highlighted part is unacceptable to Americans; freedom of speech is a fundamental right in the USA. (That said, I think most of you are ... (fill in the blank) ... :) )

Unless this "movie" called for criminal acts to be performed, it is what it is. If the movie itself is slanderous we have laws to hold the maker accountable.

And thanks to our federal gov't thinking they need to subsidize almost every country in the world, we can withhold aid until the killers are brought to justice. Or better yet, stop the "aid" altogether.

Unfortunately I think that it is the religion that is the problem. I'm not saying that it should be banned or that people don't have the right to practice it. I have never studied the Quran but I have heard that it specifically states that non believers must be converted or killed? Is that actually true?

I also heard that it says basically that a believer is excused to basically lie, kill or harm a "Non-believer". Is that true.

I consider myself to be spiritual, I go to church but not nearly as often as I should. I don't know a lot about the bible but I have never ever heard anything in the bible even close to the above? In fact, what I have been taught in Church includes forgiving your enemies, turning the other cheek. Never convert or kill?

Can anyone confirm this stuff.

Also, how can you have followers of this religion that are non violent. I mean, it seems to me that if I understand the religion, they are commanded to convert or kill. And mislead you about their intentions if the situation suits? So if somebody says, I'm not an extremist, how can you believe them if they follow the religion? It just seems so contrary.

Again, to me, it would be like saying, I follow 1 through 6 of the ten commandments but I don't follow 7, 8 or 9 and only 10 if the situation is right?

I couldn't bring myself to watch this video and really don't suggest it so I'm only providing the link to the article and then people can decide if they want to watch.
