Neil Boortz has always said there is no constitutional right to vote. Anyone know if that is accurate?

On a similar subject, is the U.S. the only country where the vote for President isn't direct, but through an electoral college?

2) Bahamas
3) Bangladesh
4) Barbados
5) Belize
6) India
7) Indonesia
8) Nauru
9) Samoa
10) United Kingdom
11) United States of America
Iran can be added to the list but understand that the constitution in Iran is NOT the law of the land, because their "Supreme Leader" can justify any law he wants as long as its in accordance with Islam. So including it is disingenuous at best.
As regards Libya: "Article 102: Libyans who have completed their twenty-first year (Gregorian) shall be entitled to vote in the manner prescribed in the law."
"shall be entitled" sounds like voting right to me?Kung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!

Okay, here's the web site I got it from. It was from a year ago. I don't know if it's a leftist propaganda site or not since I didn't go through you.
The paragraph where I got the countries from was this:
Of the 119 nations that select their public officials using some form of democratic election, 108 have the right to vote in their constitution, but the United States is one of the other 11 nations - including Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Libya, Pakistan and Singapore - that lacks that essential provision.
