You mean those jobs that pay considerably less than the union jobs at manufacturing companies?
Perhaps you can offer evidence of something they promoted (other than fascist politicians), that didn't have their name on it?
They can do anything with their wealth they desire. As long as they don't try to turn this country into a non-democratic form of government by taking our vote away!
As to the history. I guess you're talking about when we had a upwardly mobile and vibrant middle class?
You've proven that you are a Modern day liberal because liberals throw these terms (fascism and non-democratic form of government) around quite freely, and aren't sure what they are talking about. The only people trying to take away our democratic freedoms are the FBI, CIA, and what Vivek Ramaswamy refers to as the 4th branch of government (we are only supposed to have 3 branches), which is the bureaucracy, that is the citizen part of Biden's Executive Branch (Executive branch only has the power to execute laws, not make new ones) who is trying to take away the House of Reps and Senate's power to make laws and the power of the purse.

The Kochs aren’t fascist; they’re libertarian. I mean you noticed the Kochs were an enemy to Trump and MAGA, right? Did you sleep through that?
The divide between fascist and libertarian is as wide as left is from right. (Look up the political compass and note there is an up/down axis to political persuasion in addition to left and right.). The Kochs generally donate to causes and individuals who advocate for small government that has as little influence on the day to day life of citizens as possible. It’s an ideology so far from fascism that it is basically it’s antonym.
Here, let’s make it simple:
Authoritarian right - fascism, Nazi Germany, a small segment of the GOP probably still falls here
Authoritarian left - most if not all of the modern day progressive left, centralized government that controls or shapes much of the daily life of its subjects, communism
Libertarian right - Ron/Rand Paul types, most of the modern GOP falls somewhere here but not by much (diet, low cal libertarianism), anarchy at its very extreme
Libertarian left - classic liberalism, no major current political segment in US really lives here anymore, maybe some pot smokers in their 80’s listening to Jerry Garcia on the record player

I love it when Shockernutters opine on "liberals," "woke," and the general decay of society caused by things that are scary and different. The best is when it's mixed with opinions on "safe spaces," as the irony is clearly missed.
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Also, choosing not to vote, or more correctly stated, not caring about your civic responsibility enough to engage and care about the process (wherever you may decide to support and vote) is ABSOLUTELY your right, and one that IS being taken away by the left.
So when you talk about destroying democracy, understand we live in a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. Everyone CAN be part of the process. That doesn't mean everyone will or SHOULD be. If someone chooses not to be a part of the process, it is NOT up to you, or anyone else to force them to be a part of the process (vote).
You're wrong. It's completely up to you if you want to continue to be wrong.
