The argument I'm making can be found in my initial post. Most of the battles the Left and Right membership fight for are not their own but installed by their puppeteers. I'm approaching the pipeline from a neutral stance and waiting for a compelling argument from either side.

I believe most issues that separate the Left from the Right are not even their own. I believe most Americans sitting in a room (with alcohol) could come to an agreement on most things, compromising freely, with nary a shot fired. I believe that the chaos we see in Washington, the media, and the streets is nearly completely contrived.

I'm tempted to start a grassroots revolution. Think of it like the hippie movement, but with much less drugs and STD's. People of all walks of life and backgrounds need to meet, face to face. No picket lines, no police. Just a bonfire. We will talk, we will dance, we will laugh. But most of all, we will learn how we are all more alike then we are different. Then we will change this country making it again a nation OF the people, not warring tribal factions.

I'll will sit the Atheist, next to the Christian, next to the Muslim. I will explain to them why they should celebrate living in a land where they can express their beliefs freely. I will also remind them to respect the others' beliefs because it is that same respect returned, that makes the whole thing work.

I will sit the AR-toting redneck next to the pacifist homosexual interior decorator and have them look into each other's eyes while shaking hands. I will remind them that it is a respect for the other's lifestyle that affords each the liberty to be whoever they want to be. And the moment either begins to judge, they simultaneously put their own liberty in peril.

All we need is a little common sense, a neutral environment, and human beings in close proximity to one another WITHOUT their puppeteers.

I will call it C0|dSt0ck and no media will be invited.

Nice picture of #tedthetraitor.....where'd you get it?

QQ: Is the 'new' definition of a constitutional lawyer (Like #tedthetraitor and #Hee-Hawley) somebody who makes **** up as they go? Those guys sold themselves to you as 'constitutional lawyers' but seem to be making **** up as they go. I'm asking because it seems like you and #tedthetraitor seem to be aligned on issues very closely. You're both addicted to oil.

Can I be a constitutional lawyer for a day or two? I want to charge these two with sedition. I'm sure I WON'T need to make **** up to get them thrown under the jail.

Im trying to understand your point.

The oil will continue to come south, only by rail. Buffett owns the RR and he will give Joe a piece. That's all this is. Ask anybody who is in the oil and gas business.

One thing is certain, the elimination of the Keystone pipeline is a great thing...for Russia. Way to go Hiden Joe. Just giving more power and leverage to others and negatively impacted our independence. Guessing Sleepy Joe and Heroin Hunter have a stake in foreign oil still.

Exactly!! For all you tree hugging environmentalists, it's not like this eliminates the danger from oil being transported.

Guess I need to read some more on it, but isn't what is happening is that a new section, in new areas of Montana, South Dakota, and Nebraska, is what Biden stopped. There is a different, old route that is currently being used. The new pipeline would have added greater capacity. The Keystone Pipeline will still exist, just not the bigger capacity pipe in a different location.

So, yes, rail will be used....for the increase in supply from Canada.

Yeah, right now it’s being refined in the Midwest, but there isn’t any more capacity. This was to take additional oil further south.

Oil from Canada moves in many directions. XL or no XL, the oil will continue to move. There was a recent BNSF oil train derailment in Washington State. This oil originated in Canada.

Derailments are being blamed on environmentalists. Strange way to protest if you ask me. If you are opposed to pipelines, why attack trains?

There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

So this begs the question, what is riskier, transporting by pipeline or train? I think I know the answer...

This doesn't even account for the loss of jobs in order for Biden to get some PR and an atta boy from Warren Buffett.

There is already pipeline from Hardisty, Canada to Steele City, NE to Pakota, IL, Cushing, OK, Houston, TX, and Port Arthur, TX. A new, larger pipeline is the red dash line to add to the overall capacity of what is already being sent south to the same locations.

                              Obama revoked the pipeline.
Then conservatives rebuked the revocation of the pipeline.
Then Trump revoked the rebuked revocation of the pipeline.
Then liberals rebuked the revocation of the rebuked revocation of the pipeline.
Now, Biden has revoked the rebuked revocation of the rebuked revocation of the pipeline.
So conservatives are rebuking the revocation of the rebuked revocation of the rebuked revocation of the pipeline.

In my opinion, the whole debacle is nothing more than political posturing by our leaders. Either way, the oil is moving. It made political hay for Obama to stop the pipeline. Trump made hay by starting it back up. Biden hopes to make political gains by once again stopping the pipeline. At the end of the day, the oil is still making it out of Canada and being refined. I'm not losing sleep over a bunch of political posturing.
