Congressman sent evidence letter to judge informing her about behind the scenes information regarding the “sweetheart” deal. After Jason Smith’s letter, that exposed the evidence from the IRS whistleblowers, Hunters lawyer’s called the judge last night and lied about who they were, and tried to get the whistleblower’s evidence expunged. The judge traced the call, and found out it came from Hunter Biden’s law team. That started the events that blew apart the sweetheart deal.

May as well throw another log on the fire:

State Dept. Grilled About New Biden Scandal: Rob Malley, Iran, Classified Docs, Even 'Treason' Question Raised

    https://redstate.com/nick-arama/2023...raised-n782329

Rob Malley was one of the architects behind the 2015 Iran nuclear deal during the Obama/Biden administration. Joe Biden made him the Special Envoy to Iran in 2021, and he revived talk on the deal that former President Donald Trump had pulled out of in 2018.

The House Foreign Affairs Committee had been trying to get testimony from him for months. Still, the State Department kept putting them off for a variety of reasons, even though he was making press appearances.

Then it turned out that Malley had been stripped of his security clearance and placed on full unpaid leave pending a State Department security investigation for possible mishandling of classified documents. That investigation involved the FBI and the Diplomatic Security Service (the law enforcement branch of the State Department). He had been placed on partial leave in the spring.

That’s incredibly concerning, given his position and what he might have done. The fact that virtually no one in the Biden team suffers consequences suggests that what he did was problematic if even the Biden administration took some action. But then, typically, they’re not being straight with Congress and not telling people what happened here.

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Michael McCaul (R-TX) said earlier this month:

“At no point did the Department indicate that Special Envoy Malley’s security clearance was suspended or under review, or that he was being investigated for potential misconduct,” wrote the congressman.

He added, “The Department’s failure to inform Congress of this matter demonstrates at best a lack of candor, and at worst represents deliberate and potentially unlawful misinformation.”
The grilling on Wednesday came after an agreement with McCaul to brief Congress on the matter.

Iranian press is reporting that Malley was holding secret talks with the Iranians at the United Nations, perhaps without authorization. That would be a huge problem, to say the least.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) demanded answers, “The State Department needs to explain why Robert Malley continued working on negotiations with Iran to resurrect the failed nuclear deal after losing his security clearance.”

That actually would not surprise me. But I would like to see Old Joe have the need to do just that.

This just in: The judge won’t accept the proposed plea deal at least for now.

Some thoughts: Now we know why DOJ didn’t show us the plea agreement terms. What didn’t they want us to know ahead of time? A) a global immunity deal for Hunter; B) A binding plea (that is, the judge must accept the specific terms if she accepts the agreement); C) Misdemeanor probation; D) Other unusual plea terms.
    Wow!

I have no problem holding Trump to a very high standard and going over his dealings and handling of government docs with a fine tooth comb.

Now do EVERYBODY in government. If Trump would be collateral damage in a move where half of the politicians, bureaucrats and every other corrupt POS gets flushed too, I'm all for it.

But that's not happening. It's not gonna happen. So if we are gonna nail Trump on jay-walking, and other things every other politicians appatently do, we should probably crucify Biden for his obvious corruption, bribery, and just being a complete human piece of garbage in his decades in office. Biden is the worst president of all time. There is no reason America should continue to be represented by a senile, arrogant, jackass. I'll taka Kamala. Ignorance+stupidity > ignorance+stupidity+corruption.

Because, I agree with those who don’t think Biden will be the Democrat candidate a year from this November.
It's always hard to tell, but I believe the no labels party will draw from the democrat voters who don't like where thing are headed. Then you will have the socialist vote for their favorite candidate (probably Newsom). I don't see many republicans voting the no labels route. Trump's following is huge still to this day and while there are some good candidates on the republican ticket, none have the nads to fight the deep state and democrats attacks, that Trump has.

Americans choice will likely be the great leader who led California into a disaster or Trump. Joe won't be there for the general.

So he’s not going to be favored to win in the general election, no matter the Democrat candidate.
