I don't mind Trump conceding at all. But investigations need to happen to make sure that there isn't a blueprint for cheating in future elections. If there is no cheating, then suck it up buttercup and move on. If there is cheating, it needs to be dealt with and people need to go to jail, and whatever attack vector made it easy to cheat needs to be shut down.

Partially true (actually I would say, based on the context of your post, not true), do your research. Hotels can sell their properties to 3rd parties and lease them back. Even though the lease can be capitalized and depreciated (if it meets IRS requirements), it is technically rent:
