There are a lot of church congregations that take care of their fellow church members, and also those around them who have needs and are not members, or even attenders of their churches. So church congregations are often biblical socialists. That sounds like what you are talking about. If the government wants to include faith based organizations, there are a lot of them who can be of assistance. They are all socialists, and here are some of them. Just google.

There are many others, right here in Wichita, such as World Impact. No where does it say for people to pay taxes to the government for this purpose.
