Something rhetorically really stood out to me this weekend on Fauci's weekend TV circuit. Fauci is selling the boosters with the "hope" that they work better this time around. Otherwise, every 6 months, forever. Yes, he is using the word HOPE repeatedly. Not science. HOPE.

He's been spot on from the very first time he opened his mouth; coronavirus infections traditionally do not convey durable immunity. He's hopeful, but not completely confident that we are out of the woods with the booster. Clear as a bell to those of us who are cognitively healthy.

There are two men that come to mind from the Trump administration who could be put on trial for malfeasance to the point of malice with respect to the pandemic, and that is Trump and Atlas.
Atlas's only goal by coming out of hiding at this point is to profit off the deaths he contributed to by publishing a book that Fox News Covidiots will buy in droves. The guy literally belongs in hell.
More than 70 researchers and doctors from Stanford in a "Dear Colleague" letter this week took aim at Dr. Scott Atlas, the latest addition to the White House task force.
Former Stanford colleagues warn Dr. Scott Atlas fosters 'falsehoods and misrepresentations of science'
Over 70 Stanford Medical School doctors and researchers signed a letter.
In a "Dear Colleagues" letter penned Wednesday, the Stanford experts wrote that they have a "moral and ethical responsibility" to push back on Atlas' controversial claims about mitigating the spread of the coronavirus, which they characterized as "opinions and statements [that] run counter to established science" and "undermine public health authorities and the credible science that guides effective public health policy."

Hypocrite? Xenophobe??
President Joe Biden has imposed travel restrictions into the United States due to coronavirus fears despite previously slamming former President Trump as xenophobic for doing the same thing in 2020.
President Joe Biden has imposed travel restrictions into the United States due to coronavirus fears despite previously slamming former President Trump as xenophobic for doing the same thing in 2020.
"We are in the midst of a crisis with the coronavirus," Biden tweeted as a presidential candidate last year the day after Trump imposed travel restrictions from several countries including China into the United States. "We need to lead the way with science — not Donald Trump’s record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering. He is the worst possible person to lead our country through a global health emergency.""Banning all travel from Europe — or any other part of the world — will not stop it. This disease could impact every nation and any person on the planet — and we need a plan to combat it."

My investment portfolio dropped by 2.7% today. That's mainly attributed to a new variant. People who aren't vaccinated are a breeding grounds for new variants. It's not just about survivability of new infections. There are economic impacts over the possibility that mew variants will cause problems for investors.

The only thing science has definitively proven in regard to the vaccine is that those that get vaccinated suffer less covid related symptoms than those that are unvaccinated. This is simply not up for debate. The sooner the left stops fear mongering and virtue signaling the better.
