  • With Udeze's commitment, we're sitting at the 28th spot for 2018 recruits (they're not even giving us credit for Chandler). Picking up ALo and BPJ and/or Keyonte would give us one of the all time great recruiting classes in WSU history (in terms of shear numbers of top notch talent).

I’m hoping we can close out with these three. That would be terrific.

It wouldn't change much with Chandler, since Brown shouldn't be listed as 2018 now that he's on campus.

Yes, you are correct, as it seems Chandler gets credit for 3 stars as well so it's pretty much a wash. Of course, these rankings mean diddly but it certainly is a barometer of the quality of talent and prospect for continued success for the Shox. Not that we need the reminder; most of us here are well aware of what 3G has built and continues to polish as time goes by.

                • I'm not starting a thread because this seems like a long shot, but Donnie Jones just followed recent Louisville de-commit and Top 10 prospect Anfernee Simons on Twitter. And Anfernee followed back.

                    • That would be something! There are two possible scenarios if he were to sign with us:

                      1. We are brought into the discussion of cheating by association.

                      2. This kid is squeaky clean and left due to ethics and he wants to join a squeaky clean program.

                      • If that's the kid involved in the FBI sting, I don't care if he has 50 stars, I want nothing to do with him.

That would be Brian Bowen, who is already enrolled at Louisville.

Ah, OK. Thanks for the clarification.
