Happens all the time. I don't know if Fred received any formal offers after he commited to Wichita State but he sure received some interest from other programs. This is very common and probably won't stop until the LOI is signed. Then it has to stop. I think with Deantoni this will get a lot worse before the LOI is sgined in Novmeber of 2018. One of the reasons 3G says you can't take any time off of recruiting and that includes guys that have verbally committed.
