Seems like a high caliber kid. Focused on not only scoring, but defense and keeping good grades. http://www.thurstontalk.com/2016/12/...-basketball-3/

Quotes and tidbits from an article Prep Hoops ran on Erik last week:
“There’s about 30 schools that are recruiting me; Stanford is in there, Oregon State’s in there, Washington, Yale and Cornell,” said Stevenson.
“The mid-major and low-major schools have kind of went away since I got the Wichita State and Washington State offers. It’s mostly just high-major schools on me now, really.”
He added: “I’m considering any school right now really.”
“The male’s in my family are big; my cousin is 7-feet tall, my dad is 6’10. The male’s in my family grow late, so I’m supposed to hit a growth spurt here pretty soon. And I’m supposed to be like 6’8 or 6’9.”

Offered by Washington last night. Judging from the article, they might be tough to beat out.

2018 Olympia (Wash.) Timberline shooting guard Erik Stevenson has built a solid relationship with LSU assistant Greg Heiar over the past two years from him recruiting him at Wichita State, so it wasn't surprising when the Tigers offered when Heiar joined Will Wade's staff.
Virginia, Iowa State, Utah, Wichita State and Clemson along with LSU are all schools standing out to Stevenson, who plans to take visits to as many as he can. As of now, if he had to take an official visit, LSU would get one.
"There are a lot of great schools recruiting me, but I got a big decision to make here coming up pretty soon. It's tough to make that decision at the moment."
The Shockers have the winning program that Stevenson likes, but he was quick to take note of a lot of the changes already putting LSU in position to win.
"They just win. I'm all about winning," Stevenson said. "I know LSU isn't the Kentucky of the SEC, but they got a good recruiting class. They're setting themselves up to win and go to the NCAA Tournament."
