If he visits us first, it will give us an advantage to sign him before visiting anywhere else.
If he visits us last, we'll close with the best pitch and be fresh on his mind as he selects us.
No one has ever told me how going in the middle is to our advantage, but I'm sure somebody can come up with something.

The middle is to our advantage because it means we get a well-raised, well-mannered young man who takes his last visit out of sense of responsibility that he should deliver the news of his commit to WSU in person to the coach who will be missing out.The fact that man is master of his actions is due to his being able to deliberate about them.-- Thomas Aquinas

I have no idea about recruiting.
I wonder, if someone has written a book about the science of the recruitment of college athletes."Prediction is very difficult, especially if it is about the future."

Maybe the coaches see that in one of guys we are known to be after, but I took it to mean a little more.

Totally agree, Wufan. Now that Dazon Inghram's off the board, I'm also hoping we get a big man. Mulder would be a great addition, but I'm betting that Marshall intends to start Wessel at the three. I'm thinking that Brown will see playing time at the three as well (and probably some at the four). Mulder is probably more athletic than Wessel, but HCGM has shown that he is loyal to hustle players, so I'm thinking that Wessel will be difficult to dislodge. As a result, it may be difficult for Mulder to get playing time.
That would mean our real need is for a proven big man, as I think we are a little thin at the 4/5.
