This is not true as Creighton does not recruit dumb JuCos. Dumb JuCos are not able to gain entrance into the Harvard of the Midwest so there is no point in offering them scholarships. At least this is what I have been told.

That is why we were told by the bj's that it was tough to compete because their academic standards were so much higher they could not get the athletic types into their program. They still believe this even after they had that kid that after several years was still reading at at 5 or 6 grade level.
