Yeah but then those other schools counter with, "Get INSTANT credibility by signing with us and you're 1 maybe 2 years from becoming a millionaire! You won't win a National Championship with us because we are a 1 and done type program....but at least people will know who you are by signing with us."

And then Gregg will counter with, "Well.....we WANT to win a National Championship here at Wichita St. and pursue that goal everyday by pushing ourselves EVERYDAY in practice, classroom and within our character."

And then the "typical" 4 or 5 star 18 year old kid at the end of the day will simply follow the rest of the pact and after a year or two of pretending to be a college student will declare for the dollars. It's science.

I think the pitch is that, under HCGMs coaching he will more ready to play in the league by learning under FVV for a year, learning the pick and roll, accelerating his defensive learning. He will not only be loved by our fans, but remembered for decades. He will have the opportunity of being the key player that takes WSU to its second consecutive national championship. If he declines, someone else will be remembered.
