Seventh Woods '16 sg 6-1 offered to North Carolina
I can see where an elite PG might want to play a year with an AA PG and be coached by a recent NCoY. Especially a 6'1" PG looking at what that coach can do with a 5'11" PG.
I think about any coach could take a 6'6" PG like Harrison at UK and turn out a pro prospect. It takes a different approach with a smaller player.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades. We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.
Woods picks wsu then he starts from day one,no question...if you have seen his athletic ability,b ball iq, and aggressive scoring mentality then you already know that.

Gotta play tremendous D though. I'm assuming he would be a good defender...but great defender would be icing on the cake for GM.

The kid is a top 25 player, no doubt, and would start for the Shockers from day 1, but let's not overstate his strengths. If he had average athletic ability he would be a top 200 player, not top 20. It is said by recruiting services that his lack of scoring mentality is his weakness, not a strength. Passing is slightly above average, leadership and aggressiveness is slightly below.

What does scoring mentality mean?
"Prediction is very difficult, especially if it is about the future."
He doesn't try to create on his own (relative to his athletic advantage) but would rather let the opportunities present themselves. Basically he's passive and doesn't force the action, which is an attribute one would look for in a less athletic individual.
