well, surely it can't be this guy (from the elite-100 camp) out of a schollie, can it:

Eric Hamilton is a 6'8 senior at Duluth high school in Atlanta, Georgia. Eric Hamilton dominated Horace Neysmith's Elite 100 Showcase scoring as many points...

One of the earlier articles on this thread mentioned that he didnot play during his junior year. But started drawing interest that summer. Didnot state why. Only one of two reasons I can think off either grades or injury.
If it is grades I can see him at sunrise to get everything together. And hopefully return to wsu for the 2015 year.

          • I've asked the question elsewhere if anyone knows for sure whether Hamilton has qualified academically; and if so, what's the evidence? I personally haven't seen any confirmation that he has.

Obviously, that's why people are wondering about him: WSU has 13 scholarships available and 14 guys to fill them. Given that combination, it's not surprising that people might turn their attention to the ones for whom prep school could theoretically be an option -- and nobody seems to believe there's the slightest possibility that Corey Henderson, a coach's son and smart kid from a high-end private school, might be one of them; which leaves...

We'll find out eventually, and Marshall is comfortable enough with the situation to joke about it, saying he believes he has a plan -- so there's no reason to be concerned. But considering the kind of things people have been known to speculate about on here, it's hardly remarkable that this would be one of them.

            • He just retweeted FVV. BTW, who wrote the line "With God we have everything ..." in his tweet?

I have heard he's been doing well @ Sunrise. Don't much details, besides that sadly.

                  • Looks like the Sunrise prep team has played a few games already. Can't find box scores anywhere, though. Anyone able to track down anything?

I think they beat St. Louis 99-79.

                        That's all I could find.
