Which reminds me of my favorite NBA commercial:

      Go, Doc, go.

Grow, Shaq, grow -- just don't start until after the signing period.

Shocqer fans are ready for a Shaq of our own.

          • Shaquille Morris kicks off the regular season tonight when his Edmond Memorial team travels to Moore. Memorial is loaded this year, as this Edmond Sun article attests:

Also, they've finalized the schedule now by eliminating the two open dates:

            • 30 points, 9 rebounds tonight. Offensive boards and second chance points in the second half helped Shaq's team pull away in the 73-57 win against Edmond North.

Was the opponent Edmond North? or Moore? (I only care because I'd like to know if the Memorial schedule I posted earlier is untrustworthy.)

According to this Edmund Sante Fe beat Edmond North 73-57

                      Edmond Memorial beat Moore 60-50

I'm not sure @tropicalshox: was using the right game.

The Bulldogs were led by Shaquille Morris. The 6-foot-8 forward had a game high 25 points.

Considering the talent on that team - including a guard signed to OU - that's quite impressive! I know it's early, but I was concerned he may not get a lot of touches with the amount of talent around him. It's only one game, but a good sign.

Shaquille tweeted about the paper getting his point total wrong. He scored 30 instead of 25, along with 9 rebounds.

Half his team's point? Even better!
