      • "Oklahoma State might wish it was bringing in Edmond Memorial product Shaquille Morris, too. The 6-foot-8, 270-pound forward had 20 points, eight rebounds and five blocked shots to lead the Oklahomans and earn team MVP honors."

        • Morris dropped a 20/8 with 5 blocks on a team made up of the top 10 (or so) in Texas. That's some serious game against some serious competition.

I'm starting to think that Morris' game is blowing up and he's seriously underrated by Scout and Rivals. We've had some p[retty fair 4's and 5's in the program since Marshall got here. Morris projects as one of the best.

              250. 260. 270. No matter. The rest of the MVC is going to spend the next four seasons dreading the Shaq Attack.

Well he certainly doesn't appear to have slimmed down of late. Obviously this young man is a tremendous talent and a gifted athlete. That being said, I fear for his well being during his first foray into Marshallastics. I am afraid he's in for a wallop of a surprise as to what level of conditioning is expected.

                    • There ain't gonna be a lot of guys who will want to take a charge into an unmoveable object like Morris. If they have any brains, that is.

                      • The most impressive thing for me regarding Shaq is that a guy with his size, can elevate so high, so quickly without taking a step. So many big players have to take some steps to elevate like that (even Carl Hall jumped so much better if he could take steps). Usually it's guys like Cleanthony that jump like that. He truly is explosive.

                              • I wonder, if Coach Marshall is gonna be real happy with his transition from offense to defense.

                                Just wondering.
