To be fair, I also read on k-state’s board today they haven’t heard anything on Abmas visiting Wichita state, and their guy is pretty much nails on this stuff. but portal recruiting is pretty different and things can change really quickly, so who knows
So, Texas board say he is visiting; K-STATE board say his isn’t.
Y’all are pretty hard up for a one year guy. It’d be awesome if he came to help set the tone but I don’t see the future success of the program depending on it.

It signals:
- a seriousness and intent to kick start the new era of the program from the get go
- that the program still has pull for highly regarded players
- Players believe in and see potential success at WSU
- HCPMs has great relationships with his players and they will run through a wall for him.
Other good factors it signals, but these are a few off the top of my head.

So should we start calling him Litmus instead of Abmas?

Momentum is a thing in recruiting .. see K-State. Getting a one year player that can make us relevant immediately drastically improves the chance of success in future years.
