Quite an interesting finish to end the title clinching #6 singles match.

The Shocks season did come to an end as the fell to 19th ranked Arkansas 2-4 in the 1st round of the NCAA Tournament at Sillwater, OK. However, it does sound like the Shockers fought hard and played Arkansas tough. Especially considering the Shocks were without Coach Louderback.

Arkansas won the doubles point and then the No. 1 and No. 5 singles to go up 3-0. However, Shocker wins at No. 2 and No 4 singles made it 3-2. A 7-5, 3-6, 6-4 win by Arkansas at the No. 3 singles closed out the match. No. 6 singles was also in the 3rd set when the match ended.

it was a season full of ups and downs for the Shocks but overall a good season. Now we need to find out what is going on with Coach Louderback.

The Shocker men and women both won Valley Track & Field Championships this weekend with very strong team performances, especially the Shocker men whose 74 point winning margin was the most since the 2003 Shocker team won by 96.5 points.

Coach Rainbolt wins COY honors for both men's and women's track & field.

Ok, I don't usually follow tennis, but I'm from AC and went to school with the Louderback's. Their father was also a teacher and I took pre-calc/trig from him. What happened to Brad?

Shocker Sr. Tin Ostojic receives a bid to participate in the NCAA singles championship. Hopefully, his ankle and his stamina will be much improved by then.

Unfortunately Tin Ostojic has withdrawn from the NCAA Individual Championships due to injury. Tin now moves on to new horizons and i wish him the best of luck. He has been a huge asset to the WSU men's tennis program.
