You have to be old like me in order to remember the Walking Waves.
Back in the 60s and maybe the 70s, WSU had a R.O.T.C. unit for women. I believe it was a naval unit. The military unit was named the Waves.
At half time, the Waves used to perform close order drill.
They never made me forget the Ross Volunteers at Texas A&M.
Here is a half time show, which I strongly recommend.

A popular half time event at the Bram is "Little Cat Slam Jam". They have little kids slam on a PlaySkool basket. Can be entertaining because you never know what a 3-6 year old will do in front pf 13,000 people.. You all could do "Little Shocker Slam Jam". Other than that we have the usual lay up contests, gerbil runs and the like with students competing for prizes.
