Personal opinion only - Arkansas would be an easier game for WSU than K-State.
Agreed -- too bad we can't practice against K-State.

I'm sure we would have loved to get KC Ross-Miller but it looks like we dodged a bullet there. Losing a PG in late August would have put us in a real bind.

It sounds like it wasn't an issue of grades, but of some of the course work at the private school he attended not being accepted by the NCAA. So I wouldn't say we dodged a bullet. Perhaps after a couple of juco years he'll be back on our radar.

Did you read the article, after losing those 2 PG's, they still had 2 left.

I'm not concerned with LSU's PG situation, we pick up KC Ross-Miller and I doubt we sign Joe Ragland. Joe looks to be a great pickup, so we seemed to have lucked out here.

I wasn't trying to say that we dodged a bullet with the NCAA, just that losing a PG this late would have put us in a bad place. Agreed, after 2 years at a JuCo, we may have another shot at him.

I just saw an update from EBoss saying the same thing. He's trying to figure out how that's supposed to work since the NCAA denied his eligibility.

Isiah's quickly cobbling together an FIU team with tremendous talent for that league. Now, whether he can coach them to any level of success...

He still has to find a way for Ross-Miller to get cleared by the NCAA. But his name alone will get some recruits to give him a shot.

Do I smell cupcakes baking or is it just going to be a coulpe of less than ideal match-ups?

I was wondering about the start time, so I looked it up. Turns out the game is on ESPN2.
