We're going to close out this series with a sweep, might as well get the RPI boost of beating them at home.
Agreed. It isn't like playing somewhere else in Louisiana is truly a neutral court, so it would be better to get some extra money and a better RPI situation (more RPI benefit from a win, less of a hit from a loss).

Playing at their place is basically a neutral court considering how bad they will probably be next year. I'm guessing they don't draw too many fans for that game.

And even when they are good, they don't have great attendance during the non-con because all their fans are so focused on football.

If I am not mistaken, WSU is the only non-SEC team in America to beat LSU on it's home court twice. Might as well go for three....

The problem is though every team you play has their own gameplan, which includes scouting your team to begin with.

It is - and always has been what you do with what you got. Are you saying an 18 win season, but losses against decent non-con teams is better than a 26 win season, but weaker non-con competition?

And I really don't think the Shockers could have beat KU or K-State this year.
I haven't seen anyone say that or replacing 8 of our OOC games with games we couldn't win.

Take two of the 250 RPI or below teams we played this year (I think there were about 5-6 of them) and replace them with teams with RPIs 100-125 points higher. At home, we should win both, if on the road (with a 1-1 series) we should do no worse than a split, maybe better.

If you can get a 1-1 with a K St, Ok St, or the like, do one.
