he's paying too much attention to toure so he overlooks the positives. his comments show that he is looking more for the negative. and it appears we all know no amount of proving him wrong will make him admit he is wrong.

Not that I don't enjoy SF's admiration of himself and his self-proclaimed superior knowledge of all things basketball, but has anyone heard anything about GS's ankle. Although he played well, he was still gimping around in the second half.

Will Murry even make honorable mention All-Conference this year?
Answer these two questions please.
2. Very possibly. The Shocks are deserving of one more player in the 1st, 2nd, and HM listing. Durley is probably equally desrving.

As to HM, most likely not.
Now 3 questions for you:
1. What does that have to do with IMPROVEMENT over llast year?
2. Was he all-conference last year? NO!
3. Was he all-conference HM last year? NO!"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

He wasn't All-Conference last year but he was All-Conference HM Preseason this year. I guess others outside of SN thought he was gonna be a factor as well.
I'm not meaning to single the kid out; it's just he's falling short of expectations in my and a lot of people's books. It's a bit disappointing. If anybody can't understand that, then they've got issues. I'm fine with leaving it at that.Deuces Valley.

It might be disappointing to some, but I consider you a realist, and I am surprised you see it that way.
I also thought Murry would lead and score a bit more this year. It hasn't happened but his defense was better than I thought it would be and he has been a stalwart in every phase of the game, in addition to be a superior young man.
There are big things in Toure's future, not just on the basketball court. Was he perfect? No. Was he a huge part in the 2nd place team's finish?

Maybe, I should add that while overall "disappointing" might have been a little strong, during the final stretch run however, I think "disappointing" is a fair statement. Lord only hopes he can shake that connotation next weekend.Deuces Valley.
