              • Another bright note, in my mind. Ellis looked to be back in the swing of things.

                  • I was a bit surprised to see Stutz and Murry working the inside/outside game as well as they did.

Usually that takes years to work out. I know it was Centenary who's weak on the inside, but Stutz finding Murry open when Stutz had the ball down low is pretty encouraging.

Reminded me of Miller/Ogirri when Miller was a Jr and Ogirri was a So.

We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

                    • cdizzle is correct. Besides Murry and Stutz having a great game, Ellis and Mantas looked like they will contribute. IMO they are needed for front line depth.

                      • We just don't miss free-throws----right? 8-8 was the reported stats by Mr. Kennedy. They also pronounced Stutz player of the game. He has very good hands and was strong with the ball with quicker and fluid moves inside.

                        • I hope everyone enjoys this one for the next couple of a days because by the time we're back home next on December 12th, we could very well be 2-6, 3-5 if we're lucky..

                            • Marshall in the post game interview:

"I've never had a team with 2 Fr starting at this time of the year".

"I don't want anybody on suicide watch if we lose to Georgetown. It could happen".

That's a more positive spin than I would put on it.

                              • Actually, I really liked how Coach distributed the minutes tonight as he develops our depth. The 1st half, we could have put it away but we were forcing passes and making unforced turnovers. Now we get to play 3 games in 4 days against top-notch and quality teams. We need to get better at Orlando and bring home a win or 2. Now THAT would rock, but is a tall order for a very young team.
