Failed Wichita State Logo

Feel free to move this, but can someone point me in the direction of the "logos that never were" for Wichita State? I'm picturing the one with the muscular field worker/farmer holding a scythe. I need to prove that it exists (or almost did).

The original WuShock was designed by Wilbur Elsea in 1948. Here's his signed original submission:

I forgot about that one! I'm actually thinking of something during the Schaus era that was unveiled, but scrapped before it could ever be widely circulated.

"In 2001, Wichita State contemplated a new mascot design with the wheat shock character to be replaced by a strong-looking farmer with a sickle. When the image was leaked, the response was almost riotous. WuShock remained."

Dude in the failed logo has a lightning bolt, which would seem to indicate the creative people behind it didn't even know the background of the Shocker.

That one didn't win the competition though. The actual winner was terrifically boring and low rent looking. It lasted like a week or something.

I've got a (small) copy of the stack of fries logo that came out somewhere, it was scrubbed clean off the meet pretty quickly though
