Don't forget that the NCAA changed the rules this year regarding players declaring for the draft. They can declare, partake in the workouts/camps but as long as they do not hire an agent, if they so choose, they are free to return to school. Its a good thing for the athletes as it allows them to see where they truly are and get good feed back. It has to make it tough on coaches though, not knowing who is in fact coming back. Honestly, every player that has a legitimate dream at playing pro ball should declare, just to see where they stand, imo.-Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind-

Only problem there is, what happens if by some weird quirk of chance the NCAA actually does the right thing and comes down hard on them for their decades of academic fraud? St. Roy won't want to be around for that, to be sure -- but it's hard to imagine anyone else who would either, except maybe an up-and-comer hoping to show what he can do in tough circumstances.

"The NCAA changed its withdrawal rule again in 2016, effective with that year's draft; its withdrawal deadline is now in late May, specifically 10 days after the final day of the annual NBA Combine."78-65
