I was so disgusted I reported the post and blocked her (even though I don't follow her in the first place). Who is she to guilt trip shocker fans for not rooting for KU?

Speaking of easy paths, how about this one.
1. Cal State Bakersfield - who got the auto bid by squeaking by New Mexico State by 3 points. 15 Seed.
2. VCU - who fortunately got to play arguably a very overrated 7 seed, Oregon State - who one could argue shouldn't have even been in the tourney.
*both of these games played 20 miles from your campus-essentially a home crowd/game.
3. Texas A&M - somehow a 3 seed who advanced only by the most epic end of the game meltdown in the history of college basketball by UNI. (Remember Vandy beating A&M by 17 earlier in the year).
4. Oregon - 1 seed. Yeah, ok a 1 seed. Perhaps the weakest of all 1 seeds? How did they beat out Arizona? Pretty good team, but maybe not "that" good. (See Pac 12 tourney results).
Take nothing away from OU. They are really good, and I'm a huge Buddy fan. Huge. However, imo, there is probably no fewer than 20 teams who could of got to the final four with that schedule, including the Shocks. Fairly easy path I'd say.
By the way, the chairman of the selection committee is? Hmm. Rant over.
