UNI beat a #1 seed UNC, IwSt on the road and WSU twice, on the road and neutral court. They were playing well late in the season and that should mean something. Got no problem with them being ahead of WU.

How do their losses stack up? Or do those not count anymore?

Palm said WSU wouldn't get an at-large even if they made it to the finals. They didn't even make the finals and they still got in. He wasn't right.

Many thought the same thing against UNC and Iowa State this year and against KU in the tournament a few years back. UNI will clearly be the underdog, but UNI will also clearly have a chance to pull the upset. I will leave to Las Vegas to quantify that chance.

Based on the way they showed the Last Four In list, it looks like the Shox were indeed the LAST team in.

Granted I know they were close, but they are MUCH better than some of the other TRASH teams that made it in.

Nothing we've seen so far indicates UNI is ahead of WSU on the S-Curve.
