True about the money. They say that's impossible and there are too many variables...idk, there is corruption wherever and whenever money is involved, so why would college basketball be the exception?

Not sure if this is the right place, but that 3.3G interview just seemed a little different than a normal 3.3G interview. I'm not sure what it was. My wife thought so too. It was like he just didn't have his normal swagger or something. Not sure. Did anyone else notice anything like that, or was it just us?"You Don't Have to Play a Perfect Game. Your Best is Good Enough."

Hopefully it's just frustration for having to scramble to play in Dayton. The Assman

The last game his team played was one of the ugliest college basketball games of the year. He was expecting an 8 or 9 seed and was delegated to a play-in game. Those two factors probably played a role in his general mood. I know I wasn't dancing around in the streets after seeing that we were playing in Dayton on Tuesday.
I think the right buttons will be turned on come Tuesday.Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

I'm disappointed but not surprised; I proposed a scenario a week ago in which WSU dropped to an 11-seed spot in Dayton as a way for the committee to let WSU in but insulate themselves against criticism from P5 hacks and cliche-mongers by requiring them to prove themselves -- looks like that may have been what happened. The good news is that their customary underseeding gives WSU a chance to draw motivation from feeling disrespected, and few do that better. It's a challenging road, but the Shocks have handled tough challenges before; and this gives WSU a chance to exorcise an institutional demon by getting back at Vandy for that amazing NIT debacle of yesteryear.
Speaking of demons, I'd think The Flagship should be feeling a little nervous about seeing Connecticut as a possible second-round opponent. If any team has demonstrated March magic under unlikely circumstances in recent years, it's UConn, and there they are, lurking just one game away from a group whose tournament history has not exactly lived up to its hype.

To replace that, I think they should have a live feed of the committee the entire time they are creating the bracket. If they are truly creating a fair bracket, there should be nothing to hide. With how obsessed the U.S. Is with reality shows, I wouldn't be surprised if that actually made more money with an online stream.
Realistically, they will never do that because they don't want the public to hear their discussions
