I love the comment "the 90s UNLV team would beat any Shocker team ever by 20"

This is s WSU board btw.

As to the rest of your post, well, you have to be one of the more ignorant folks to stop by here in quite a while.

I don't know who your point will be, but let's be serious FVV is snatchin' the egg twice from him. The only way you'll ever stand a chance on the drive is if we foul you, but this "interior passing" you speak of, isn't going to account for your points. As long as FVV is in, the idea of your press getting a turnover is silliness. We may lose this game, but stop pretending like a single guy on you second line will start for WSU. Maybe Drake, but not here. You'll out rebound and shoot the foul line better. Stick to that.
You guys sound a lot like Indiana and Oregon did...

Zach Brown is more athletic than Derrick Jones? Wow. By the way, Derrick dosen't even start for us.

While I think WSU will win because we have just as much talent, a better coach, more experience, and home court. I'm not going to pretend that Zach Brown is the most athletic person on the floor. I'm not sure he's the most athletic on our team. With that said, pretty sure Derrick Jones from UNLV owns the title of most athletic.

Yes. Sweet dunk, but yes. ZB would have put it between his legs and looked over at Derrick on the bench and sneared.

You've watched us lose games with half of our starters out. We are starting to get them back. The healthy version of this team was a widely accepted top 10 team. You show us losses and we show you a roster of freshman who weren't ready. If you are gaining your confidence from looking at the scoreboard of our last few weeks of games you aren't doing your due diligence. Fine by me. Calling us arrogant for expecting our widely accepted top 10 team to be able to play well at home is kinda ridiculous. or did you have UNLV as a winning the title this year? Maybe you did...

If you'd ever watched the Shocks with FVV running the show, or if you'd seen Zach Brown against KU, or if you had any clue who Conner Frankamp is, you'd realize that a large portion of your rationale is flawed. I've watched UNLV play. They're a good squad. I was glad to see them beat Oregon. If causing turnovers is their idea of how to beat the Shockers, they'll be looking for a new idea rather quickly.

I've said this before. Have you seen this team play healthy? I haven't. No one has. We will have an All American back healthy on Wednesday, and possibly our best shooter will make his debut. So past history this year means nothing to this game.

We had a guy named David Kyles that was as athletic as your buddy and he didn't start for us either. Athleticism only goes so far. If he's an NBA athlete, why isn't he starting? Everyone knows the answer by the way.

I apologize. The wins over St. Louis, Emporia State, and Charleston Southern were noteworthy. my bad.

                            UNLV is VERY athletic.

The win over UNLV will be noteworthy. I hope they come in as unprepared as you are.

My prediction for Wednesdays game is that the Rebs press a lot and cause turnovers. The Rebs interior passing is very good, and it helps that our big men can shoot from 15-17 ft as well as complete well timed passes to the wings when the defense gets sucked in. If we have to we'll start attacking the paint with our guards to draw fouls. McCaw is longer and much more athletic than either of your guards - and he is a mismatch for your forwards. I can't deny the experience and toughness Baker And VanVleet bring will pose a difficult challenge. Nwamu is built like a linebacker, but moves like a guard - He and Seegears would be challenged by Baker/VanVeleet at full strength but that doesn't seem to be the case. On top of that - Our second line is good enough to start for most programs, From the last 3 games the shockers played it looked like your second team was still pretty green. There will be no let up in intensity from the Rebs.

Rebs win 80-74, but don't worry too much. It won't be a bad loss for you.
Your first sentence is wrong. Pressing FVV doesn't cause turnovers. He's always had one of the top assist to turnover ratios in the nation.
