Originally posted by Aargh View PostBoy, do I have a different take on this. When the deal with Adams blew up, suddenly Sexton got a new assignmjent. That timing was quite a coincidence. I'm not a big believer in coincidencs when there are facts that can explain the "coincidence".
I always believed Sexton was on his way out as AD once it was known how he had handled Adams and the players who went to him with their concerns. Not just dropping the axe all at once was a nice way to smooth things out and not create a larger controversy than the one brewing then.
There's a lot we don't know, but one pretty big red flag is an apology letter will be sent to those he verbally attacked. That language in the info released from WSU is pretty strong. Sexton may have crossed some lines that should not be crossed by someone in his position.
So, the students complain. Without knowing what Sexton is apologizing for, it's pretty tough to trash the students for complaining. If, as some believe, Sexton was already on his way out, then the students got absolutely nothing from Bardo that wasn't going to happen any way.

It's interesting that one of the cry bullies' chief complaints was apparently a lack of minorities on staff -- so they targeted the newly hired black man in charge. Hee hee
And no one was calling that **** a whiner but the minute some students are speaking out on things you dont agree with then they're cry babies?

For the most part, yeah, I call 'em cry bullies, because there is a mob mentality happening all over the country where you are rewarded simply by whining loudly as a mob -- whether your issue is legit or not.

So he should inform us, just like @CBB_Fan explained that the chapel was never a Christian place of worship so if we were reacting to the whiny chick making false assertions, we were misinformed. Otherwise we can only go by what the article says, which doesn't look good.Kung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!

Guaranteed
There will be a LONG list of qualified applicants and the choice will not be easy for Mr. President.
This is a coveted job and not just a stepping stone or OJT situation.
The OJT trial has been ongoing now for 5 years. Times have changed and require a more qualified individual to lead the program.
That is all.Above all, make the right call.
