14-1 run for NC looks like they may steal one over the Cats. Weber going to have a coranary. looks like the Cats might pick up there first loss. I think K-State might be a little be better than people thought and North Carolina might not be as good as people thought, imagine that.

******* made sure to point out at halftime that North Carolina was going to struggle because they were missing their point guard and he made everyone better. A little different spin for NC compared to his opinion earlier this week of WSU not being a top 25 team with no mention of Fred being hurt.

Yup, i had a quick twitter chat with someone that writes for SI.

SI: "Early-Season upsets hurt UNC (1 to 9), Virginia (6 to 12) and Wichita State (9 to 20) the hardest"

me: "Glad to see a true road loss to against a Senior Heavy Top 50 team while missing an All American is worthy of a free fall"

SI: "Polling at this point of the season is Volatile. UNC will climb back up quickly when Paige returns"

me: " I wasn't referring to UNC (WSU) ... but i guess that is the same situation"

SI: "haha. So Similiar. So Bizarre. WIchita will also be fine, tho it will be slow cooking to get back to the top 10"


Just kind of reinforces that the excuses are already preset in peoples minds for certain teams, while they don't even consider it for other teams. Along with the fact that they admit its harder for some teams to "make up" for those losses.
