It also helps keep 2 other B12 teams ranked in the Top 10 for no reason whatsoever. A vicious cycle no one seems willing to learn even after the smoke and mirrors are pulled back every March.

Three things..
1. I love that we are starting the season ranked in the top 10. It will make it easier to gain a deserved seed for March Madness.
2. The fact that the B12 has 3 top 10 teams is a joke, regardless of what you base your ballot on.
3. Looking at the teams that are ranked behind us makes me smile. There are some big time programs that we are several lengths in front of, and if anything, we are under ranked. I would take this WSU team to battle against ANY team on that list and expect to come out with a win.
