It's cheaper to go to the game in Springfield than it is to attend home games.
From the prices I've seen just to cover SASO and ticket cost, home games are in the $60 - $80 range per game, but you have to commit to buying the entire season ticket package that's available -not single tickets.
Springfield round trip is in the 480 mile range. That's about 16 gallons of gas - so $40 to get there and back. That leaves $20 - $40 for a ticket in Springfield. I guarantee you can get a better seat than the $60 - $80 ticket at Koch. Of course the game you're going to see will be a brutal blowout, which isn't that great to watch - unless you're into that.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
