My expectations are not high, I'm expecting something around 8 ppt and 5 rpg for Bush. He only needs to be good enough on offense to relieve a little pressure on backcourt scoring and play good fundamental d. FVV & RB are our stars.

And pardon my abbreviations I'm doing this on an IPhone.

Haha are you saying you didn't make 4 predictions that you were off on this year? Also, as dj06shocker so gracefully pointed out in the preseason prediction thread, I predicted 4 losses going into the big dance, so appeantly I'm not that bad at guessing.

IMO you will be highly dissappointed.

          You're exactly right...and I hate it when you're right.

RN made a major mistake by not taking a RS year. I don't see his playing time going up next year, again, based on who we have coming in.
RN is already a 21 year old freshman. Not sure what good it will him to reshirt.

Shoxmvc "and imo you will be a little dissapointed."

That's what's nice about These prediction threads. One of us will be eating crow. If it's me, we better hope HCGM has a plan B. If it's you, you'll be as happy as me that the Shox made the FF again.

                We can agree on that.

I don't think it ever hurts to give a big an extra year. Paul Miller and Garret Stutz both would have benefited. More time to work on footwork and hit the weights.

If you're correct, Nurger will not be a major contributor until he's a senior. That qualifies to me as a bust, based on expectations coming in when he signed.

I am here to say it's more likely Nurger will be a bigger deal than Bush. Both will be a bigger deal than Shaq.

Before anyone criticizes me... What if I'm only talking about height?

Strictly speaking, on a height basis, you're right. My context was more from a skills and ability basis, but I appreciate your levity. 😜

Not sure why some doubt that Nurger can get bigger and stronger just because he's 21. Most male athletes reach their peaks strengthwise in their late 20 early 30s. I'll grant you he's not going to get any taller.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

Honestly, I still think Nurger has a higher ceiling than just about everyone of our young guys. Him and Brown have crazy potential. You can't teach Nurgers combination of length and athleticism. If he ever "gets it" and adds strength and toughness, he could be a CPOY type of player. I like Morris, but I don't believe he has the potential to be unstoppable at either end of court. Nurger has the potentially to be an offensive nightmare. All this being said, I don't know if there is another player on the roster that has as low a floor as Nurger. As much as I love his potential, I could very easily see him not developing that toughness he needs and him riding the bench for a couple years, then transferring to Southwestern Central Montana Tech University.

8-5 might be asking a bit much from him... The boards maybe.. But no way he averages 8 points

A buddy of mines uncle coached NCAA D2 basketball in Kentucky. He had a d2 scholly offer when he graduated, but went to Evansville because it was close to home and his father was on the staff (not on the bb staff), so his tuition was free. He is very knowledgeable about basketball, not only because he was fairly good in HS, but he learned a lot from his uncle.

He thinks Shaq has NBA potential, but needs a lot of help with footwork. Nurger has multiple issues and needs help on a number of fronts.

Shaq will start by default next year... How his conditioning is depends on his work ethic.... Lucky Fred still here to call him out and maybev kick him in the rear ...
