.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

I don't know. He is stirring the pot.

Yes sir, but it needs to be stirred.

Some like it shaken, not stirred. In this case stir away.

I don't follow the details of RPI calculations, so here is a test question.

Which is more desireable for Big Dance seeding purposes?
              a. A home win over a team with a 200+ RPI

              b. A 3 point, road loss to a team with a 100 or less RPI

Please don't say, "It depends." (Just kidding)

If I hadn't seen who your are, I would have guessed that jh4p posted this question.

Not sure which is better, but I believe you use winning percentage as a multiplier and score is irrelevant.

                    It depends ;-)

Truthfully, more often than not, the road loss to the top 100 team is better for your RPI than a home win over a 200+ team.

I could fix this overnight. Outlaw all guarantee games and require all home and home games or neutral site games only. Dilemma solved!
This one is surprisingly naive. Want to see the P5 circle the wagons and then close ranks? Implement those rules.

I was being straight up dumb. I have no idea of the answer to my own question.

Why is it "straight up dumb" to ask a question when you don't know the answer? Isn't that was questions are for?

                          Or are you a lawyer?

Royal- I can't believe that he doesn't know exactly what he's saying. He knows it won't happen and that he is the lone voice in the wilderness. However, it serves a purpose to expose the problem and remind the media and NCAA seeding committee that these problems exist. I think that is why he is saying what he is saying. He's not trying to change the system. He's giving a voice that without him isn't expressed because too many athletic directors and coaches are afraid to become a pariah and won't fight.
