Happens with 23 seconds to go in the game. Fred is fouled with around 29 seconds to go, misses two free throws and then Illinois State goes down and hits a three. Looks like Fred is moving in for a possible rebound and I think maybe Darius accidentally steps on his ankle but not sure. Illinois State calls a timeout, but since the trainer went out on the court, Fred has to sit out. Ref tells HCGM that, he swears and then glares at the trainer and mutters something under his breath, Illinois State fouls right after the timeout is over and Fred comes back in and the game and life go on.
