Let's put the DUI morality debate aside for a moment, my question is...
WHY ARE YOU DRUNK AS HELL THE NIGHT BEFORE A GAME?!!
These are not the actions of someone who is FOCUSED on trying to IMPROVE. If he is an alcoholic, then it is no wonder why he has not made progress in building up his physique and overall athleticism. This "off season" for him is a golden opportunity to get bigger, stronger, and faster but it sounds like he is wasting it. Alcohol is basically the anti-PED. It dehydrates you, significantly lowers testosterone, inhibits protein synthases (ability to build muscle), and much much more.
Sounds like something I want to do in excess while trying to compete at the highest level!
