Giacoletti inherited a pretty decent program at Utah about a decade ago, and proceeded to get run out of town after three seasons. What, is he expected to do more with much, much less this time around? The trend line is predictable and anticipated by anyone who's paying half an iota of attention.

The best thing a program like Drake should do is settle on someone Like Giacoletti, understand that Drake will never be a perrenial power, and strive for middle of the pack every year with an occassional 1st -4th finish every 5-10 years.

Kinda like what Creighton should do.
