I interpreted it to be a count of how many points Drake's starting five scored as opposed to the number of points WSU's players number 8 to the end of the bench scored. Or, alternatively, players 6 through the end of the bench. I could be wrong.

Drake lost @Illinois State by 36.
Drake lost @wichita: State by 34.

However, Illinois State played nine players 5+ minutes. Wichita State played FOURTEEN.

Rashard, it's simple, when you're in the open court dribble to the basket and put it in. You've been doing it all your life.
Corey, you going to have to do more than shoot. Please show me you can distribute
Zach,look to score. You're more than just a pivot man in the passing game. It's okay to probe once in awhile.
Rian, don't be afraid to handle the ball. You're a guard and it's not a hot potato.
Rauno, weights please. In the meantime use your quickness where possible.
Bush, don't know what to make of you. I see skill. I also saw skill in Kadeem last year that rarely translated to the state sheet. Don't let that be you.
Tevin, although unorthodox, you can score. Work on defense and rebounding.
