I haven't seen anything specific other than "before the game." I would guess they will do it sometime right around when they do player introductions.

I heard they're trying to steer people away from parking at the metroplex because Stephen King is in town and doing his talk out there. That being said, I would guess it'll still be running, for students who park out there. Might be a full parking lot though.

Will there be shuttles from the metroplex tonight?

It is my understanding that both shuttles (Campus and Metroplex) will be running until Midnight tonight. As previously mentioned, they are discouraging parking at the Metroplex because of the large crowd there for the Stephen King event. They are suggesting that you park in the area around the Marcus Welcome Center and pick up the shuttle there.
