It was something like that. But what is their avg attendance? That's quite a large arena for the number of people that were there.

        1198 per home game

I remember their enrollment being something like 21,000.

A bigger enrollment than WSU but only 10% of their basketball attendance. That one's hard to figure out.

Could the low attendance be any any way related to their opponent for the evening?

can you not read the thread and see that their avg attendance is low?

Yes, I can and thank you for asking. I was referencing the apparently even lower than normal attendance. The official attendance was listed a about 150 less than their normal attendance, but others referenced what appeared on tv to be fans numbering in the "tens." Non-conference game against, and this hurts to write, a bottom dwelling team in a possible 1 bid league. You might find something other than lumberjack basketball.

The fact that this game meant nothing to them unless they lost, and thier coach was downplaying the importance or benefits of the Bracket Buster series, I'm sure it wasn't something that their fans were all that wild about either.

I'm pretty sure the 9 inches of snow the announcers reported played into it. That's enough to keep a lot of people home.
