    Ironically, you just bumped it.

    Maybe more importantly, why not?

I sure hope his daughter likes high school here when she enters. That should keep 3G here another four years.:encouragement:

If so, then Shocker fans will owe a big debt of gratitude to Trinity Academy.

Or Andover, where she currently attends.

No source here, but I would take a strong stance that WSU is on the top of Kellen's college application list. He loves it, his dad is a living legend there and it has been a staple of his life for years now. Not that major decisions by HCGM would be made from that but it might come in to factor...

Speaking of his daughter, wasn't she the one that tweeted the last time HC3G2L signed his new contract "its a good thing he signed it because I wasn't leaving"

Kellen could nearly approach Ron Baker status among the coeds.

WSU is the only school Kellen wants to go to. Marshall talked about it because he wanted KM to fly the coop, but was happy that he wanted to be a coach.

Marshall's comments about the mizzou job worry me. It shows that he really is open to go if the right job comes along and the timing is right. I hope not, but we could be seeing the last few seasons of him here. After this season we won't have the whole kellen in high school thing holding him here

I think HCGM is smart (for his own well being) not to summarily decline all offers. With each passing successful season and each opportunity passed the price goes up, up, and up.

I agree with DU here and also those that mentioned he doesn't burn brideges intentionally so its always good to go out and get stroked by other AD's and to gauge the waters.

I was pretty disgusted by the jenn bates column yesterday. So much so that I won't repost it here. I hope she finds her way to the next stepping stone soon if she's going to continue to write crap like that. We get enough of the downtrodden, mid major, KU is God attitude from Lutz, Parsons, etc.

The only thing mid major about WSU is the media covering it. With the big exception being Paul Suellentrop. He is great.

I wish the ones paid to give their opinion would keep it to themselves.

I'm pretty sure that Gregg is open to discussing job opportunities with other schools. He obviously talked to Missouri and California. Doesn't mean he is inclined to take the offer. It's only logical to to test the market to see where his value lies. He has and will continue to do this annually. Take comfort that he and his family love their current situation.
