But other than that he may be a great guy and a valuable staff member. We are judging someone from one instance (even if we all agree it was a mistake) on the Internet.

I just think its funny everyone is in an uproar about this. We're overlooking the fact that this was going to happen whether he said something or not. Theres already been cases provided in this thread of it happening.

So we're gonna cry about the guy whos being upfront of the fact he will bring his highly touted sons with him wherever he ends up coaching? Yeah....

I agree. I think he finds himself in a very unique position. He's also fairly young and definitely has no experience job hopping at the D-1 level. I think he's just shooting straight, not unlike coach Marshall does from time to time. Also, if he doesn't get the word out there, the opportunity may pass him by. I still say Larry Brown already has his claws deeply sunk into him.
