I'm hoping that with Zach Brown and Rashard Kelly we can push the ball in transition and throw some lobs to some athletic 6-7 players.
The mountains are calling, and I must go.

Here's what to expect next year. Gregg will fill in the holes left by the departing seniors. We will be extremely successful. The team will exceed our expectations (well maybe not all expectations). We will continue to get media love (well maybe not all media). We will all thank God for these fantastic times.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

And Shocker fans will not, I repeat will not, riot in the streets if and when we lose a tough basketball game!

I disagree with anyone and everyone that believes the following:

HCGM told the Sunrise coach that he wanted Brown to get PG experience.

Zach Brown will get PG time EVER at WSU.

            Stranger things have happened.

EDIT: What about Point Forward? It would take an insane ball handler (Brown) + 3 big men and a pure shooter. That could be fun.

Ever is a long long time. I seldom make such definitive proclamations. Been proven wrong way too many times.

I rarely make such predictions either.

In the absence of foul trouble, I think FVV and Henderson will get 100% of the PG minutes next season. Baker will play PG if there is foul trouble.

Here's a couple of articles from last year.

Shocker-to-be Zach Brown gets the point at Sunrise

Brown probably won’t play point guard in college, but the skills he improves while directing the team at Sunrise will complement his abilities on the wing when he arrives at Koch Arena. In his short time working with Brown, Barnwell is impressed with his willingness to take coaching and do things without being told twice.
Sunrise’s Zach Brown makes Wichita State choice official

While Brown came to Sunrise late, he quickly integrated into the team. Coach Luke Barnwell has him playing some point guard, although that is not where his future rests.

Any idea of what kind of numbers Brown put up at SCA this year?

if you play any guard at wichita state, you're going to get some time at pg.

you've seen the harrison's do it at uk, you can see brown do it at wichita state too (except he'll never be full time pg as long as fvv, and maybe corey henderson, is around).

I recall in one of his many post season articles that he finished at 15 points, 6 Rebs., and 3 assists.

That seems extremely unlikely. He's probably just leaving town for a bit.
