Hard to imagine for a guy who obviously likes stability, and likes to teach and develop players.
There aren't many rock-solid situations in the league. Gregg Popovich has one with the league's model franchise in San Antonio (and the right spelling for his first name), and as a fan I personally would be delighted to have Marshall coaching the Spurs if he weren't at WSU -- but as it is, I'd rather see the northern 3G stay right where he is.

Gregg commented, towards the end of this year, how much energy was needed to meet media obligations and the travel required. I don't get the feeling he would be tempted by an NBA schedule and the associtated travel, interviews, etc.Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

But it does seem like a pretty unlikely fit. For Marshall, that is -- not for the monkeys.
